Ana was born in the Republic of Congo, and since a young age she heard and felt the calling to help relieve other people´s pain. Her journey through holistic healing/energy started in London, in 2008 with the Holistic Massage course, Reiki Healing I, and Crystal therapy.

In 2018, she got deeper in her studies with a course that included relax massage, sports massage, reflexology, auriculotherapy, Tui Na, and Shiatsu in Portugal. This course is based on traditional chinese medicine.

In 2021, she completed “Facilitadores do Despertar” with Ines Gaya, an amazing journey through the awakening of our true selves, healing our deepest wounds and reconnecting with our soul mission. 2023 was the year of myofascial release and cacau facilitator and also the beginning of her Project Terapias Com.Paixão. 2024 started with the discovery of the ayurvedic medicine.

Ana works as a holistic and integrative therapist,  an integration of techniques and tools she has been learning, creating unique and individualized sessions, opening and activating the amazing body ability to heal and evolve.
